All orders are processed and shipped from our Bondi Beach location within one to two business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. Please note that Saturday deliveries at this time can not be offered.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.
Valiánte Clothing is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We ship with the Australia Postal Service to all states and territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking Information. Orders that total more than $500 will require adult signature for delivery.
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination to do so. Valiánte Clothing is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. At this time, we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations. In addition, some international shipments may experience customs delays, unfortunately we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.
Eligible items may be returned for a full refund, less original shipping charges, within 7 days of receipt of order. We do not pay for return shipping. All merchandise must be in their original condition and folded as best you can, items received on return which need pressing will incur a $5.00 restocking fee. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached in order to be considered for a return. Please be careful when trying on garments, as make up stains and items smelling of perfume will not be accepted and returned to the customer. All sales are final after 7 days.
All styles marked down for SALE including those purchased with a discount code or promotional code, may be returned for a store credit only. We do understand buying SALE items can be difficult so feel free to contact us with any questions regarding fit, sizing, fabric etc.

If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of order. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7 day period or fail to ship the product back to us as directed.

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

We cannot issue refunds for items without this code.SHIP approved goods to the address provided on the RMA form. We require that returned packages be postmarkedwithin 7 days of receiving your RMA code. You are responsible for all returned shipping charges, duties and taxes. We recommend that you send the package via traceable carrier with insurance for the full value of the product as we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.REFUND your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. You will be refunded the total amount you paid, less shipping charges. International duties and taxes will not be refunded. Please contact your credit card company to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
Valiánte Clothing reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order, following our return instructions. All exchange shipping costs are at the customers expense.
